Abi - SHC U14's, Badgers & Warwickshire AC U13's

Abi has been playing Hockey for Stratford Hockey Club since the age of 5 following in her brother and sisters footsteps. She was soon selected to play for Stratford's U8's mixed team and since then she has continued her success playing for Stratford's U10 Girls, U10 mixed, U12 Girls and U12's Mixed teams and last year 2019-20 she was called up to play for Stratford's U14 Girls Team at the age of just 11. She also plays Hockey for Stratford School's Hockey Teams, last year playing in Year 7 and Year 8's teams.

Abi's biggest success so far is getting selected to play for Warwickshire's Academy Centre 'AC' Team last year 2019-20 at the age of 11. The Girls U13's County Team only managed to play 2 Tournaments before Lockdown, but Abi proved herself by scoring 5 Goals in her first Tournament and 3 Goals in her second, making her one of the highest scorers in the Team.

Abi has great timing and a keen eye for the ball and she isn't scared to tackle, but her main asset is her unique ability to score goals. She is thrilled to be sponsored by Aerial Hockey for the 2020/21 season and has already commented how fantastic the Aerial Stick is, in her first few Pre Season warm up games.
